A favorite quote of mine is from George Eliot… “It is never too late to be what you might have been.” I believe that all of life is a series of invitations and that our life's quality is directly related to how we respond to these invitations. So often, the symptoms of pain and suffering, depression, and anxiety are the result of how we respond to life’s struggles. In our work together, we will focus on remembering and building skills to respond to life’s invitations with resilience and grace, so that you can ‘be what you might have been’.
